Making a pure takes only 10 minutes.
when you're a lvl 3 use

::rangepure
::magepure
if u done that u wil be 99 hp mage range str
on combat 74.
now u use barrage and range
if you want to use dragon dagger or dragon scimitar follow this way for 60 attack.
ok now you are at the guards
punch the guard with your attack style till you get 40 attack
they will drop a rune scimitar so wear that!
so now u wear a rune scimitar and go for 60 attack !
your combat is now 77 !
