Since u gotta Re-do All Calculate max hit method.
+ I think some delta servers..has Eagle/Mystic pray, Not working fully, But its Rapid restore's 1.

The only problem with this is that range already hits 22s
(Rune Arrows, Mage Short, and a Range Pot).
If you add in +15% you would hit 26+ which
would totaly ruin the ranged. Everyone would range.
Plus you can hit 28s already with karil's xbow and you
would hit what like a 35+ if you had range prayer...
its pointless. all the work just to make you hit the same but to have a prayer.
