Market Place Index + Street Price guide

For a start we need to make a Marketplace index instaid of using a topic
I heard Hicham working on it.

2nd alot of people like to make guides,
How about beïng the first to make a Street Price guide?
You would be the one updating it and getting some priority over the server economics
Maby even a staff position?
