am i banned?

I'm wondering if I am banned or somthing because
I havn't been able to log on for atleast 2 hours.
It keeps saying Error connecting to server, I tried
Re-dialing up my internet(I have dial-up could that be the problem?)
If i'm banned plz tell me and if not plz tell me.

ya the server has been down for quite some time now
i cant get on either it will be up later trust me.

if u were banned it would say ur acount has been disabled.

i cant logg on and i want to pk!.

i know, ive been wanting to pk for so long now
it forced me to look for a back up server.
