FAQ:

Q: Where is Abyss or Zamarok Mage?
A: North East of Edgeville Wildy.

Q: How often do Pouches drop?
A: Quite easy to get. Maybe 1/2.

Q: Why can't I get another pouch the same?
A: Because you can only have 1 Pouch the same size.

Q: Do all Runes work?
A: No, some runes you can't RC.

Q: Where can I get Rune Ess from?
A: Either mine at Falador or Buy from Barker.

Q: What Level do I have to be?
A: Any level but I suggest not level 3, since the monsters attack you randomly.

Q: Why can't I RC at the altar for some altars?
A: Its bugged. Try clicking on the portal instead.

RUNECRAFTING =]

Getting Pouches and Finding Abyss:

First Off Start Here near the Jad Cave Entrance.
Or the Altars.
And also bring a good Weapon.



From there go North.
Make sure you don't see any pkers.
Since they could attack you.
So I suggest not bringing valuables.



Keep going North Until you reach Zamarok Mage.
You won't miss him.
Hes in Level 4 Wildy, dressed in Red Robes.



Talk to him and press Yes.
Don't worry about the message which comes up about KBD.



Kill these Leeches for the Pouches.
They are untradible and undroppable.
If they get glitched into the Random stuff everywhere.
Don't bother killing them. You won't be able to loot it.
Also Giant Pouches you can't pick up.



Once you get Small, Medium and Large head back to home.




Getting Essence:

Go to the shops and talk to Barker.
You can buy Rune Ess from him.
But bring some money.
They are only 864gp each though.



Buy as much as you want.
But they aren't noted.
So you got to keep banking.



Talk to Nurmof.
Buy a Rune Pickaxe and WC Axe.







(OPTIONAL)
Go to Falador West Bank.
And down there you will see Rocks.
Mine the first 2 for Ess.



RuneCrafting Ess:

Now get your 3 Pouches out.
Then for the rest of your Inventory put Ess in.





Now Click on all your Pouches to fill.
Then refill your inventory with Ess again.



Get your WC Axe out and wield it.



Go back to Zamarok Mage and go into Abyss again.



Find the Tendrils and chop them.
They will be near where you got teleported to.



Once your on the other side choose a Rift.
If you are level 1 RuneCraft keep on the Guide.



Keep going East around the Circle and find the Air Rift.
Go into it =].



Your at the AIR ALTAR =].



Click on the Altar and the Ess in your inventory will be RCED.



Empty all the Pouches and you should have 18 Ess again.
Click on the Altar again.



Teleback home, and start again =].



There is also a bank there.
But which is pretty useless lol.




TIPS:

Pouches can hold up to?

Giant = N/A
Large pouch = 9
Medium pouch = 6
Small pouch = 3

forgot to add that when u go into body rift
clicking on the altar doesnt work so u gotta click onto the portal to rc bodies
